How to Update Your Monthly Giving Amount

Thank you for being a member of Freedom Flight Crew! If you need to edit or cancel your recurring donation, here are detailed instructions for doing those actions yourself! Of course, you can always reach out Dragonfly if you need help.

Instructions for updating the amount yourself: 

1. Log into or create an  Anedot DonorID account. 

– Log in  here: anedot.com/login

OR

– Create an account: 

  • Open an Anedot receipt in your email inbox. 
  • Click “Manage Your Recurring Transaction” at the bottom of the receipt. 
  • You’ll be prompted to create an Anedot DonorID account. (Note: you are the Principal User” of the account.) 

2. Click “DonorID” in the upper right corner.

3. Click the “My Recurring” button, top center  menu. 

4. Click  recipient name “The Dragonfly Home.” 

5. Click “Edit to update your monthly amount. 

6. Click “Save” at the bottom of the screen.
